Congressman Bob Beauprez

Congressman Bob Beauprez represents the Seventh Congressional District of Colorado. First elected in 2002, Congressman Beauprez was recently re-elected with 55% of the votes cast. He was keynoted speaker at the Opening Plenary of The Simon Wiesenthal Center UNESCO Conference, held in Paris in May of 2003. Bob Beauprez owes his success to a lifetime of hard work and a healthy dose of Colorado common sense. Congressman Beauprez serves on the Small Business Committee, Veterans Affairs Committee and Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. In addition, he serves as a Deputy Whip. Prior to being elected to Congress, Beauprez was a community banker, a dairy farmer and a developer. He also served as the elected Chairman of Colorado's Republican Party from 1999 to 2002. He brings with him a lifetime of experience in small business and an overarching belief that hard work and perseverance are essential ingredients of the American Dream.
