Professor Talia Einhorn

Prof. Talia Einhorn is adjunct Professor of Law at the Tel-Aviv University Faculty of Management and Professor of Law at the Sha'arei Mishpat College of Law in Hod Ha-Sharon, Israel. She is the former Editor-in-Chief of the European Business Organization Law Review (2000-2002). Her numerous writings published in international, European and Israeli law journals and books, cover various aspects of the Arab-Israeli conflict.

The Status of Palestine/Land of Israel and its Settlement Under Public International Law
In 1920 the San Remo Treaty established the Mandate. Britain was to prepare for Jewish settlement. The object of the Mandate was to establish rights of the Jews in their historic homeland. The UN’s General Assembly resolution established the state in 1949. The green line is meaningless, according to international law. It’s only the line of the ’49 Armistice. The Judea and Samaria are not occupied, because they never belonged to a sovereign country
