Michael Widlanski, is an Arabic-speaking former reporter, bureau chief and diplomatic correspondent for The New York Times, The Cox Newspapers and Israel Television, respectively. He has been a lecturer at Hebrew University for seven years and recently completed his doctoral dissertation on the role of the Palestinian broadcast media in the Palestinian Authority. Mr. Widlanski also recently served as Strategic Affairs Advisor for the Israeli Ministry of Public Security.
